My order was damaged upon delivery

Ooooooh noooo! 🤦‍♂️

On rare occasions, our transporters fail to keep your package safe.

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway, but to be able to help please:

  1. Save your package and box
  2. Take at least five photos on waybill, the envelope/box, inside the box and the damaged goods.
  3. Send that together with your order number to and we will be right on it!

If we don't receive these images we can not help out.
