I want to cancel my order

Should you want to cancel an order, contact our customer support team as soon as possible through the chat function on our site or by emailing help@agood.com.

If we receive the request to cancel an order within 1 hour after placing an order, we are maybe able to cancel the order.

We're really quick at packing your order, even on weekends, which means we can't promise that any changes can be made, once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.

All customised orders are final and can not be refunded or returned.
